Genga is the place name of an elegant country house which has risen literally from the ashes of an old farmhouse on a hill, 550 metres above sea level with a wonderful panoramic view overlooking the entire Nestore Valley.
The property is in the Morra neighbourhood in the surroundings of Città di Castello. The house is endowed with a water well and electricity.
The terrain all around has been landscaped for a large garden with a swimming pool by a wellknown architect. An annexe can be built and used as a dependance.
The building was completed up to the roughcast stage, with predisposition of all necessary lighting and plumbing.
